ANAAL NATHRAKH zahrají na Trondheim Metal Festivalu 2015!

Since emerging in 1998 with their filthy self-titled & “Total Fucking Necro” demos, Anaal Nathrakh have gone from strength to strength. Their debut album, “The Codex Necro”, topped countless Top 10 lists upon its release, shortly after they recorded sessions with the late great John Peel, and even headlined the prestigious Inferno Fest for their first live performance. Needless to say, they’re a band that have never done things in half measures. Their brand of industrial extremity has seen them become a firm favourite in the hearts and minds of extreme metal fans around the world, and now they’re set to return to Trondheim to obliterate the Clarion Hotel, following their unfortunate cancellation in early November.

Head honcho Eirik Tiller stated regarding the announcement:

"We´re super stoked to get Anaal Nathrakh back to Trondheim after their stellar show at the fest in 2013 and we thought it was about time they returned, with a new album and all. Originally scheduled to play the festival´s kick-off party in November, sadly, they had to cancel last minute. But both the festival and the band was eager to make this happen for the 2015 edition of the festival, so here we go! A great edition to our already diverse line-up, Anaal Nathrakh is sure to raise hell between October 1.-3.!"

Celebrating its sixth year in business, Trondheim Metal Fest have announced October 1st -3rd 2015 as the dates for the upcoming festival, which will once again appear at the Clarion Hotel in Trondheim, Norway.

The first bands to be announced for the festival include Finnish folk metallers Korpiklaani, Irish black metallers Primordial, British thrashers Evile, German thrashers Tankard, Greek black metal legends Rotting Christ, Norwegian metallers Circus Maximus, legendary Swedish rockers Crucified Barbara & German artist Mambo Kurt!

Previous headliners of the festival have included Behemoth, Devin Townsend Project, Gojira, At The Gates, Napalm Death, Electric Wizard and more.
